Every customer at WLD Digital is fully protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you're entitled to a full refund.

1. 30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to every product sold on WLD Digital.

2. How to request a refund

Send an email to jessicaargentinataula@gmail.com with the subject "Refund request" and include your order number and the email used at checkout. We'll process your refund within 5 business days.

3. After 30 days

Refund requests submitted after 30 days from purchase are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.

4. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are issued in ZAR to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
